According to court papers acquired , the divorce petition was nonsuited and dismissed without prejudice.

After Fowler accused Hunt of adultery in the initial court proceedings, the divorce was dismissed.

Hunt was charged with "inappropriate marital conduct," "adultery," and "cruel and inhuman treatment or behaviour against the spouse that renders cohabitation dangerous or unsuitable," according to Fowler.

Hunt's representatives did not immediately reply to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.

When the nurse filed the divorce papers in the wrong county, it generated some confusion. She retracted the filing and submitted it in the proper county.

According to People magazine, Hunt and Fowler have been married since 2017, but they dated for nearly a decade. The couple is expecting their first child.

According to the site, the two started dating in 2008, and Hunt titled his 2014 album "Montevallo" after Fowler's hometown.

Hunt's tune "Drinkin' Too Much," which was released as part of the "Southside" album, was about his relationship with Fowler.

The couple is expecting their first child together. In court records, Fowler stated that she was expecting a child. Hunt has spoken out about the story since then.

"I haven't said it yet, but I'm expecting a little girl," Hunt said in March when co-hosting Country Countdown USA with Lon Helton. "I'm expecting a baby in approximately eight weeks. I set aside two months at the end of May and the beginning of June. This year has really revolved around that major life event."
